10.1 Delivery Schedule

10.2.1 Signing for Deliveries: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. In your absence, an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor can accept the delivery. Twachaa by Saraswat is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

10.2.2 OTP Verification: Certain deliveries may require an OTP, which will be sent to the mobile number provided at order placement.

10.3 Post-Delivery
10.3.1 Responsibility: Twachaa by Saraswat is not responsible for any damage post-delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
