1.1 Delivery Time: Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, ensuring timely delivery of your skincare essentials.

2.1 Signing for Deliveries: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. In your absence, an alternative recipient such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor can accept the delivery. Twachaa by Saraswat is not liable for goods signed for by an alternative recipient.

2.2 OTP Verification: Certain deliveries may require an OTP, which will be sent to the mobile number provided at order placement.

3. Post-Delivery

3.1 Responsibility: Twachaa by Saraswat is not responsible for any damage post-delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
